Matilde Garza Martinez, 62, of San Benito, Texas passed away on Friday August 6, 2021.
She is preceded in death by her father: Segundo Garza Garza, 2 brothers: Luis Garza and Carlos Garza.
Matilde is survived by her mother: Genoveva Garza, 7 children: Jose Alfredo Banuelos, Aaron Banuelos, Norma Leticia Banuelos, Mona Lisa Banuelos, Benito Garza, Jorge Banuelos, Anna Esperanza Banuelos, 3 siblings: Fernando Garza, Carolina Chavez, Anita Munoz, 13 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday August 17, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.
A chapel service will be held Wednesday August 18, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home with interment to follow at Rio Hondo City Cemetery.
All individuals are encouraged to social distance and wear face covers or masks. (May include bandanas or sewn or cloth face coverings).
