Zeke Anson Fernandez, 22 from Los Fresnos passed away on Friday August 2, 2021 in New Jersey. Zeke (Eziquel) (Cheke) was someone who could walk into a room and make his presence known. He had an infectious personality that people were just drawn to. He loved being outdoors whether he was fishing, hunting, shooting guns, exploring the woods or just causing a stir. He was a jack of all traits. He adored his parents (pops and momma) and his siblings, his world revolved around them and he would do anything to make sure they were secure and safe. He had the opportunity to meet the love of his life, Kaitlynn Bennett at a young age and just by looking at them together you knew they were made for each other. Zekes tribe consisted of his family, he had a special bond with each of his parents and siblings each in their own special ways. He made such an impact with anyone who crossed paths with him. He will always be loved and cherished in our minds and hearts forever and always. He is preceded in death by his father Jose Alberto Garcia. Zeke is survived by his wife: Kaitlynn Faith Bennett; mother: Ana Maria Garcia; sister: Dominique Margret Garcia; brothers: Issak Joseph Garcia and Jose Andy Garcia; grandparents as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a chapel service at 6:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas with cremation service to follow.
