Avelina Zapata Rodriguez, 43, of Los Fresnos, went to be with the Lord, on April 9, 2021, at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville.
She is preceded in death by her Mother, Maria Isabel Rodriguez.
She is survived by her daughters, Mariela and Migdalia Banda.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 14, 2021, from 5pm to 9pm, at Thomae Garza Funeral Home, with a recitation of the Holy Rosary to be held at 7 pm.
A Chapel Service will be held Wednesday, April 15, 2021, at 10 am at Thomae Garza Funeral Home. Burial will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 virus, all individuals are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines by socially distancing a minimum space of 6 feet apart and must wear face covers or masks. (May include bandanas or sewn or cloth face coverings).
