Nereida Rodriguez Yánez, age 44, of San Benito, Texas entered the Lord's Kingdom on June 18, 2012.
Nereida was born on April 20, 1968 in Tamaulipas, Mexico.
"She is the greatest mom. She was very strong and everything that she would want, she would accomplish; she never gave up on anything. Loved plants so much that at home, she has a big garden that was planted on her own. All the family would always gather every Sunday; we are a very united big family. She loved her grandchildren so much, always would be with them playing around. Would always be with her family. Her favorite color was maroon, and loved to have all her room leopard. Always would want to have everything clean inside and outside."
"I'm her youngest daughter Yadira, and all I have to say about my mom that she was the greatest mom I ever had; she was always there for me. She would say that I was her nena chiquita because I look like her. Love you so much mommy. I promise that I'm always going to take care of Monique and your new grandchild coming up. Te voy a extrañar."
"I'm her oldest daughter Gloria. My mom was my everything. Me and her always had long conversations and laugh at anything. She was my best friend. We would always go to the family parties together; we would go shopping and so many things. My son Deven was her passion, her pride and joy, and I always tell her, "You love him more than me" and she would say, "Yes, he's my baby." Mommy I know that you're with God now and the angels and in a beautiful place. You are never going to be forgotten, I'm always going to take you with me in my heart. I love you mommy."
