Evangelina I. Saldana 73 of El Ranchito, Texas passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 in Harlingen, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband Enrique Saldana, son Ricardo Saldana, brother Antonio Suarez, and mother Maria De Jesus Mendoza. Left to cherish her memories are her children; Raul (Maria Lopez) Saldana, Ruben (Lupita Martinez) Saldana, Rocio (Jose) Jimenez, and daughter- in- law Norma Silva, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and 3 brothers. Due to current restrictions, this establishment will follow the 25% occupancy limit and all persons shall institute social distancing of a minimum space of 6 feet apart. All individuals must wear face coverings or masks. (May include bandanas or sewn or cloth face coverings). Visitation will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. A Mass service will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at San Ignacio Catholic Church in El Ranchito, Texas. A burial will follow to Garcia Cemetery in El Ranchito, Texas.
