Saul R. Alaniz, 64, of San Benito, TX, born in Congregacion Calles, Montemorelos, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, son of the late Everardo & Margarita R. Alaniz.
He is preceded in death by his father Everardo Alaniz, and brother David R. Alaniz.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother; Margarita R. Alaniz, siblings, Nora A. Hernandez, and Corina A. Garza.Also surviving are nephews and nieces; Nancy Alaniz, Eric D. Alaniz, Nellie A. Perez, Hector Hernandez Jr., Michael James Hernandez, Shandee Ashley Contreras, Annette G. Ybarra, Jessica G. Alvarez, and Tamar Garza.
He was a long time resident of San Benito, and a graduate of TSTI in Tax & Bookeeping services. He started his partnership with Roberto Lopez, under Lopez & Alaniz Bookeeping and Tax service. He then later started an independent Alaniz Bookeeping and Tax Service. He devoted his life serving the community of Christ. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and business partners.
Due to current restrictions, this establishment will follow the 25% occupancy limit and all persons shall institute social distancing of a minimum space of 6 feet apart. All individuals must wear face coverings or masks. (May include bandanas or sewn or cloth face coverings).
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 8, 2020, from 5 p.m-9 p.m., with a prayer service to be held at 7 p.m.
A Funeral Service will be held, Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at 10 a.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home, with an Interment to follow to San Benito City Cemetery.
