Timothy E. Durham Tim Durham, age 61, passed away on October 31, 2020. Tim was born to Dan and Sybil Durham on February 24, 1959 in Oregon, the youngest of 9 children. The family moved to Clovis, NM in 1971. He graduated from Clovis High School in 1977 and married Denise Brewer in 1977. They welcomed 2 daughters before divorcing in 1994. He married Debbie Corbin in 1998 and welcomed her 3 sons into his family. Tim began working for the Clovis Fire Department in 1981 and retired in 2005. He was an EMT and firefighter. He was known for his dedication to the job as well as his excellent culinary skills, always cooking and baking for the crew when he was on duty. After retiring from the Fire Department, Tim and his wife, Debbie, spent their time managing rental properties and remodeling houses. He was an excellent woodworker and could build almost anything. He was often asked to do odd-jobs and never shied away from building or fixing things for others. One of his favorite hobbies was playing poker. He enjoyed playing in tournaments and hosted many poker games with friends throughout the years.Tim and Debbie also loved taking cruises to tropical destinations and traveled frequently. He was a lifelong fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and always watched their games. Tim relished a hot cup of coffee, anytime of the day and can now enjoy his coffee time and Steelers from the best seat in the house. He and his wife had recently retired to Port Isabel, TX where they were enjoying the simple life of fishing, kayaking, and playing poker. He was always willing to go above and beyond for his children and was one of the best dads any of them could have hoped for. He was a good papa to his grandkids and he will be terribly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, Don Durham, Doyle Durham and Tommy Durham and 1 sister Linda Durham Best. He is survived by his wife of 22 years Debbie Durham; daughters Melissa Spalding and Ashlee Spears (Jake); step-sons Cole Radcliff (Jessica); Drake Radcliff (Shanna); and Dylan Radcliff (Mallory); brother Lonnie Durham; sisters Anne Durham Butler, Betty Durham Freeman, and Brenda Durham Beasley; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Wayne and Darlene Corbin; brother-in-law, Brent Corbin (Sherry); grandchildren Cody Dewitte-Spalding, Riley Spalding, Emilee Spears, Brayden Spears, Connor Radcliff, Remington Radcliff, Jaci Radcliff, Brynli Radcliff, Truitt Radcliff, and Jansyn Radcliff; numerous nieces and nephews, his poker buddies, and former firefighting family. Cremation has taken place. Per Tim’s wishes, there will not be a memorial service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Custom Canines @ customcanines.org
