Rodolfo Solis III 53, a resident of Harlingen, Texas passed away October 1, 2020 in Harlingen, Texas. He is preceded in death by his mother; Rosa Cardona grandparents, aunts, uncles and other family members. He is survived by his wife Liza Solis, children Erika Nickerson (Kendall) and Dominic Solis. Father; Rodolfo Garcia Solis Jr. (Aurora).Brother; Daniel Solis, grandchildren; Kalliope, Penelope and Elijah Nickerson. Pallbearers: Rudy Solis, Javier Solis, Dominic Solis, Ralph Solis, Hector(Sonny) Garza, Oscar Mata, Gregorio Hernandez, Ruben Huerta. Rudy was many things to all of us. He was a son, brother, cousin, husband, father, papa, friend, and a pet dad. There were many things he enjoyed in life. He loved being a truck driver, fishing, bbq with family and going to concerts. Anyone that knew him, knew he loved Ozzy. Thus his nickname Ironman he will be forever missed… Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2020 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m., with prayer service at 7 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. A chapel service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, October 9, Thomae-Garza Funeral home with burial to follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito, Texas. Due to current restrictions, this establishment will follow the 25% occupancy limit and all persons shall institute social distancing of a minimum space of 6 feet apart.
