Obituary of Olivia J. Sanchez

Olivia J. Sanchez of Los Fresnos, Texas passed away on Friday, September 11, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She is preceded in death by her husband Jose G. Sanchez, parents Fulgencio and Aurora G. Jaramillo, brother Fulgencio Jaramillo Jr., aunt Beatriz Jaramillo and nephew David A. Jaramillo. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Monica (Ramiro) Sanchez, Sandra (Pete) Hinojosa, Linda (David) Day, brother in law Richard (Annette) Sanchez, brother Joe (Maria) Jaramillo, sister Adelaida “AJ” Garcia, 5 grandchildren: David, Matthew, Amber, Ava, Jasper Luke and numerous nephews and nieces. Olivia will be remembered for her contagious laugh, joyful demeanor and a love for music. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. Due to current restrictions, this establishment will follow the 25% occupancy limit and all persons shall institute social distancing of a minimum space of 6 feet apart. All individuals must wear face coverings or masks. (may include bandanas or sewn or cloth face coverings). Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2020 from 5pm to 9pm with a prayer service at 7pm at Thomae-Garza funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Los Cuates Cemetery in Los Fresnos, Texas. Honored to serve as pallbearers are David Day, Pete Hinojosa, Richard Sanchez, Ramiro Gudino, Fred Serna and Mark Sanchez.
