Harlingen, TX. - Santos Isabel Flores, 72, of Harlingen, Texas, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen.
He will be remembered not only as a caring and loving father, but also a best friend.
He is preceded in death by his sons, Ariel Flores and Santos Flores Jr.; three grandchildren, Emilio Gaona Jr., Cesar Alejandro Flores, and Ivon Flores.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Josefina R. Flores; children, Marisela (Jose Luis) Deciga, Aracely (Margarito) Sanchez, Maria Antonia (Rafael) Cortez, Gladys Alma (Emilio) Gaona, Sayda Judith Flores, and Ernesto (Maikelys) Flores; 19 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito. Funeral Services will be held in Valle Hermoso, Tamps. Mexico.
