Julian Sanchez, 96 of San Benito, Texas, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2020, in Harlingen, Texas. He is survived by his nine children, Linda (Richard) Saldana, Elisa (Carroll) Pierson, Julian (Delia) Sanchez Jr., Pablo (Lupe) Sanchez, Cruz (Gloria) Sanchez, Myma Miller, John (Belinda) Sanchez, Veronica (Danny) Green, Viola (Danny) Gutierrez; two sisters, Dominga (Felipe) Reyes and Magdalena Rivera; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will begin Wednesday, July 15, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a holy rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. A chapel service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 16, 2020, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home and cremation will follow. Due to current restrictions, this establishment will follow the 25% occupancy limit and all persons shall institute social distancing of a minimum space of 6 feet apart.
