Although we came from different parts of the country and shared different faiths, I was always struck by the kindness and consideration Pete showed to me and others. We shared golf, and I marveled at the ease at which he played the game as well as his gentlemanly demeanor on the course. I last saw Pete and his wife on Mother's Day Sunday at Cracker Barrel. We parted with a kind word and a "God bless." May God bless you, my friend, and give you rest. John Hand
