Jose Santos Aguirre, 86 of San Benito, Texas, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2020.
Jose is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Alicia Aguirre; ten children, Reyna Reyna Aguirre, Rene Roberto Aguirre Alanis, Hermila Zamora Aguirre, Berta Rosa Aguirre, Janie Santos Aguirre, Horacio Aguirre Alanis, Rosaura Aguirre, Sofia Magdalena Hartman Aguirre, Maria Guadalupe Sandoval Aguirre, and Fernando Aguirre Alanis; 25 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and two siblings, Octavio Aguirre Morales and Fela Aguirre De Gonzalez.
A visitation will begin Tuesday, April 14, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.
Cremation will follow in accordance to his wishes.
Due to current restrictions, this establishment must follow the occupancy limit of 10 persons or less and all persons shall institute social distancing of a minimum space of 6 feet apart. All individuals must wear face coverings or masks. (may include bandanas or sewn or cloth face coverings)
