Maria A. Turrubiates, 68, of Harlingen, Texas, entered into rest on Monday, March 26, 2012.
She is proceded in death by her son, Moise Turrubiates; father, Juan Turrubiates; sister, Cristina Turrubiates; and brother, Alfredo Turrubiates.
Maria is survived by her son, Abel Turrubiates; daughters: Jessica Turrubiates and Julie (Chris) Aguirre Turrubiates; mother, Josefa Turrubiates; five brothers: Roberto Turubiates, Juan Turrubiates, Arturo Turrubiates, Raul Turrubiates, and Enrique Turrubiates;sister, Alicia Flores Turrubiates; and 10 grandchildren. She is also survived by one great-grandson and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 29, 2012 from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, with a prayer service at 7:00 pm, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Templo Salvador located on 1605 S. Sam Houston in San Benito. Interment will follow at San Benito City Cemetery.
