Fermina Perez Cantu, 89 of San Benito, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at her residence in San Benito.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Eugenio Alvarado; children, Marialena Alvarado, Jose Angel Alvarado, Hilario Alvarado, and Alegos Alvarado; grandson, Ezequiel Hilario Alvarado; brothers, Rafael Perez Cantu and Domingo Perez Cantu; and nephew, Domingo Perez.
Fermina is survived by her children, Otilia Soriano, Ezequiel Alvarado, Amelia Guzman, Jesus Alvarado, Marialuica Camacho, Evangelina Govea, Eujenio Alvarado, Guadalupe Alvarado, Rito Alvarado, and Rosita Rodriguez; along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will begin Friday, January 31, 2020, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with holy rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.
A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2020, at San Pedro Catholic Church and burial will follow at San Pedro Cemetery in San Pedro, Texas.
