Cesar Garay Davila, 50, of Laguna Vista, Texas passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2019.

Cesar is survived by his children, Martha Desiree Garay (Hugo), Cesar Jesus Garay Jr., and Joselyn Anahi Garay; his parents, Jose Luis and Martha Davila Garay; 2 brothers, Jose Luis Garay and Jesus Alejandro Garay; and 5 sisters, Maria Martha Garay, Norma Leticia Garay, Mirina Patricia Garay, Araceli Garay, and Lilian Garay.

Burial of ashes will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at Port Isabel City Cemetery in Port Isabel, Texas.
