Obituary of Juan A. Gonzalez Sr.

Juan A. Gonzalez Sr. "El Aguacate", 52, of Los Fresnos, Texas passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2018.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Guadalupe Gonzalez; grandparents, Uvaldo and Florinda Gonzalez; brother, Oscar Gonzalez; mother and father-in-law, Pascual and Carmen Rocha; and brother-in-law, Horacio Rocha.

Juan is survived by his ex-wife and best friend, Olga Rocha; children, Juan A. Gonzalez Jr., Priscilla Gonzalez, and Julissa Gonzalez; grandchildren, Juan A. P. Gonzalez and Matthew Alexander Gonzalez; his father, Uvaldo Gonzalez; and siblings, Fernando Gonzalez, Florinda Gonzalez, Lupita Gonzalez, Gloria Gonzalez, Eva Gonzalez, Janita Gonzalez, Adan Gonzalez, Lisa Gonzalez, Valdo Gonzalez, Jesus Gonzalez, Jose Angel Gonzalez, and Gloria Parra.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, November 20, 2018, from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

A funeral mass will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at St. Cecilia Catholic Church with interment to follow at Los Cuates Cemetery in Los Fresnos, Texas.
