Jose Rios, 51, of San Benito, Texas, passed away on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at Harlingen Medical Center.

He is preceded in death by his father, Benito Rios.

Jose is survived by his loving wife, Gloria Rios; daughter, Raven Shania Rios; son, Jose Rios Jr.; mother, Juana Rios; brother, Juan Rios; sister, Paulita Rios; and several nephews, nieces, aunts, and uncles.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2018, from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

Chapel service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 24, 2018, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Cantu officiating. Cremation will follow.
