Obituary of Feliz Galvan

Feliz Galvan, 72, of San Benito/Weatherford, Texas, passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2018, in Weatherford, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his father, Clemente (Canoso) Galvan, his mother, Maria Garcia; brother, Clemente Galvan Jr.; and his nephew, Richard Juarez.

Feliz is survived by his daughters, Cynthia Ann G. Simmons and Sandra Lee Cisneros; sons, Felix Galvan Jr., Clemente Galvan, Jose Luis Galvan, and Ricardo Galvan; brothers and sisters, Arminda Galvan Pena, Zoila Galvan Garcia, Adela (Lela) Galvan Menchaca, Yolanda (Loli) Galvan Saenz, Angelica (Angie) Galvan Juarez, Pedro (Peter) Galvan, Gilberto (Beto) Galvan, and Lourdes (Lulu) Galvan Robinson; grandchildren, Cesar Fuentes Jr., Cecilia Marie Fuentes, Camillia Adriana Fuentes, Ericka Leeann Chavez, Raul Noel Cisneros, Jason Andrew Cisneros, Marissa Lynn Galvan, Destiny Marie Galvan, Edward Ray Gregory, Julianna Jean Galvan, Jena Maria Galvan, and Maria Madylyn Galvan; great-grandchildren, Carson Carter Cappleman and Ricardo Galvan II.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2018, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.

Funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 10, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Benito Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be: Felix Galvan Jr., Clemente Galvan, Jose Galvan, Ricardo Galvan, Pedro Galvan Jr., Raul Cisneros, Isaiah Galvan, and Desiderio Juarez Jr.
