Obituary of Roman Lopez

Roman Lopez, 89, of San Benito, Texas passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Petra Soria Lopez and 1 grandson, Jesus Lopez Jr..

Roman is survived by his 5 children, Ramon (Esmeralda) Lopez, Jesus (Vasthe) Lopez, Jose Luis (Janie) Lopez, Susan Lopez and Dalila Lopez, 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, as well as other relatives.

Visitation will be held on  Sunday, June 17, 2018  from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m with a  rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 18,  2018 at St. Benedict Catholic Church with burial to follow at Las Yescas Cemetery in Rio Hondo, Texas.
