Obituary of David G. Rodriguez

David G. Rodriguez, 51, of San Benito, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018.

David was born on August 25, 1966 in Fremont, Ohio to the late Heriberto Rodriguez and Oralia Rodriguez. He worked as an Over the Road Truck Driver for over 30 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle to get some “wind therapy”. He loved his family and his children. All who love him will truly miss him, and we will always carry him in our hearts.

David is survived by his longtime girlfriend, Dianna Martinez; children: Brittney Rodriguez, Kristie Rodriguez, Corina Rodriguez, David Rodriguez, Jr; his mother, Oralia Rodriguez; sister, Nora Lara (Juan); brothers: Gilbert (Mary) Rodriguez and Omar Rodriguez; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 25, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 26, 2018 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in San Benito, Texas. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito, Texas.
