Obituary of Bernardino Castillo Jr.
Bernardino Castillo Jr., 66, of San Benito, Texas, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018 in Harlingen, Texas.
He was born on May 29, 1951. He married Diana Espinoza the granddaughter of Narciso Martinez “El Huracan del Valle”, (his high school sweetheart). He had two sons Jeremiah and Jacob Castillo and a daughter Jovana Castillo. He was a man of faith and hope. We will miss him and our hope is that someday we will be together again.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Bernardino Castillo and Alicia C. Cavazos, daughter; Jovana Castillo, and sister; Alicia Anguiano.
Left to cherish his memories is his loving wife; Diana Espinoza Castillo, two sons; Jeremiah Castillo and Jacob (Vanessa) Castillo, siblings; Carmen (Andy) Rodriguez, Frank (Norma) Castillo, Dolly (David) Olvera, Angie (Donald) Hamm, Arnold (Chris) Castillo and other relatives.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Thomae Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.
Chapel service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Thomae Garza funeral Home with burial to follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito, TX.
