Obituary of Esteban Salazar Gonzalez

Esteban S. Gonzalez, 79, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 in Houston, Texas. Mr. Gonzalez was a lifetime resident of Los Fresnos, Texas and neighboring communities.

He is survived by his loving wife Graciela C. Gonzalez; six children, Edwin C. Gonzalez, Jose C. “Pepe” (Elizabeth) Gonzalez, Gracie G. (Arturo) Martinez, Maria “Mar” (John) Gutierrez, Esteban Jr. (Eva) Gonzalez, and Carlos C. Gonzalez; two siblings, Ramon Salazar Gonzalez and Rosalinda Gonzalez de Lerma; ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren as well as other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 29, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

A funeral mass will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Los Cuates Cemetery in Los Fresnos, Texas
