Jose Guadalupe Martinez, 87, of Harlingen, Texas, passed away on October 14, 2017 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Desiderio Martinez and Tomasa Satillan, siblings; Cresincio  Martinez, Jose Trinidad Martinez, Agustina Martinez, Pedro Martinez and Donitilia Martinez.

Jose is survived by his siblings; Domingo Martinez, Angela Martinez, Maria Martinez De Limon  and Herlinda Martinez.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 16, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Thomae Garza Funeral Home. with burial to follow at a later date at  Panteon Vista Hermosa in Matamoroes Tamp., Mexico.
