Obituary of Elvira G Muñoz

Elvira G. Muñoz, 84, of La Tina, Texas, passed away on October 12, 2017 in Harlingen, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Carlos Muñoz.

Elvira is survived by her eight children, Yolanda Gonzalez (Juan +), Lucio Muñoz, Delia Santillana (Santiago +), Noelia Muñoz, Ernestina (Larry) Galaviz, Susana Muñoz, Consuelo (Gabriel) Gonzales and Eduardo Muñoz; 25 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Helen Catholic Church with burial to follow at Las Yescas Cemetery in Las Yescas, Texas.
