Obituary of Minerva Figueroa

Minerva Figueroa, 80, of Port Isabel, Texas, passed away on September 29, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Rafael Figueroa, parents; Luis Ramirez and Felipa D. Ramirez as well as two brothers; Roberto Ramirez and Joe Ramirez.

Minerva is survived by her children; Rafael (Rocio) Figueroa Jr., Terrie Figueroa-Perez and Elizabeth Figueroa, four grandchildren; Monica E. Perez, Rocio Alejandra Figueroa, Luis Rafael Figueroa and Andres Figueroa, two brothers; Efrain (Jacquie) Ramirez and Juan (Carmen) Ramirez, two sisters; Carolina (Alfredo) Cortez and Elvia Anderson and  sister in law; Aurora Ramirez, as well as several nephews, nieces and other relatives.

Visitation will be held  on Monday, October 2, 2017, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church located at 705 S. Longoria Street in Port Isabel, Texas.

Funeral Mass will be held on October 3, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church with burial to follow at Port Isabel City Cemetery in Port Isabel, Texas.
