Obituary of Linda Martin King
Linda Martin King, 68, of Harlingen, Texas, passed away on August 8, 2017 at Valley Baptist Medical Center.
Nana left to join her mom, dad, and sisters in heaven on August 8, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was everyone’s second mom. Always remember her with an open can of diet coke and a cigarette, blunt and to the point. Never one to sugar coat something that she had to say, but would always give her last dollar to you. She will be missed. Love you mom.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Edward Martin and mother, Linnie Evelyn Jones as well as two sisters, Barbara Boulet and Patricia Martin.
Linda is survived by her husband, Jerry King; daughter, Kristen King (Nathan Rodriguez); son, Christopher (Melissa) King; sister, Dorothy Cotten; grandchildren, Alicia Hernandez and Noah King and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. Also surviving her is her provider, roommate, and her t.v. buddy Kasadyn Lohan, we thank you for always being with her.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Thomae Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.
