My sincere condolences to Connie's family. I was honored to have met her at dialysis and she was the most sweetest kind lady. She was a tough lady too even though she might have been in pain she never showed it and always was a fighter. Her husband Michael always by her side helping her and caring for her. I will always remember you Connie and may you rest in peace with our heavenly father with no pain and no suffering.
