Obituary of Gregorio Castillo Garcia

Gregorio Castillo Garcia, 92, of Port Isabel, Texas passed away on July 30, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Gregorio was the son of Jose Castillo and Gregoria Garcia and was born on January 19, 1925 in Gomez Farias, Tamp. Mexico.  

He was preceded in death by his parents; Jose Castillo and Gregoria Garcia, 3 brothers, Jose Castillo, Ladislado Castillo and Alejandro Castillo; and 1 sister, Petra Castillo

Gregorio is survived by his loving wife Gudelia Sanchez Castillo; children: Fransisca (Juan Antonio Saldivar) Castillo, Natalia (Rigoberto) Hernandez, Ramona (Joaquin) Cordova, Juana (Rafael) Rodriguez, Isidoro Castillo, Mauricio (Esmeralda) Castillo, Amado Castillo, Juana (Armando) Medina and Sonia (Manuel) Gonzalez; 1 brother, Isaias Castillo; 41 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren and 25 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday August 01, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to  9:00 p.m., with a Prayer Services to be held at 7:00 p.m. at  Maranatha Worship Center, 401 East Madison Street in Port Isabel, Texas.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on August 02, 2017 at  Maranatha Worship Center. Interment will follow at Port Isabel City Cemetery in Port Isabel, Texas.

Pallbearers will be Santos Meza, Carlos Carranza, Joaquin Cordova, Mario Rodriguez, Daniel Castillo, Aaron Castillo and Josue Urena.
