Obituary of Ashley Marie Nava

Ashley Marie Nava, 24, of San Benito, Texas, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017.  Ashely was a San Benito High School Graduate of the Class of 2010.

“A smile and laugh that fills a room with joy. A heart of gold and a love one cannot describe in words.”

She was preceded in death by her father, Federico Flores; brother, Albert Flores; maternal grandparents, Tanis and Antonia Limon and maternal grandmother, Josefina Uvalle

Ashley is survived by her mother, Matilde L. Flores; biological mother, Diana Uvalle; three sisters, Sally Flores, Jasmine Nava and Angelica Uvalle; 1 brother, Jesse Nava; 1 niece, Samantha Flores and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday June 1, 2017 from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a holy rosary at 7 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.

A Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 2, 2017 at St. Benedict Catholic Church in San Benito, Texas. Burial will follow at Las Rusias Cemetery.

Honored to be serving as pallbearers are Daniel Ruelas, Bobby Domanski, Martin Montemayor, Lee Orozco, Eric Leal and Rene Leal.
