Obituary of Juan Sauceda

Juan Sauceda, Jr., 74, of San Benito, Texas, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, April 23, 2017 in Harlingen, Texas.

He was preceded in death by two children: Felix Sauceda and Patricia Sauceda Hernandez; his parents: Juan Sr. and Dolores Sauceda; three sisters: Yolanda Torres, Arcelia Saenz, and Irma Herrera.

Juan is survived by his loving wife of 58 years of marriage, Juanita Sauceda; six children: Rene Sauceda, Ricardo (Janie) Sauceda, Arnoldo (Manny) Sauceda, Rosie (Luis) Flores, Gloria (Marco) Cavada, Silvia Sauceda; one sister, Mary Jane Sauceda Castillo; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a holy rosary at 7 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2017. Interment will follow at San Benito Memorial Park.

Serving as pallbearers: Jose Sauceda, Jimmy Castillo, Michael Cavada, Arnold Sauceda, Jr., Ricky Sauceda, Jr., and Danny Sauceda.
