Aurelio Alcocer, 54, of Port Isabel, Texas, passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at his residence in San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother, Juana Sariana Alcocer. Aurelio is survived by his wife, Rosalinda G. Alcocer; his children: Aurelio Alcocer, Jr., Angelica Alcocer, Joshua (Amy) Alcocer, Michael Alcocer; four grandchildren: Juliette, Alexander, Tre, and Tyler Alcocer; his father, Ramon T. Alcocer, Sr.; five brothers: Ramon Alcocer, Jr., Martin Alcocer, Horacio Alcocer, Guadalupe Alcocer, Jaime Alcocer; two sisters: Ana Luisa Villarreal and Martha Alicia Alcocer. Also surviving is his Aunt Antonia Padilla, his Uncle Jaime Sariana, as well as several nieces and nephews Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a holy rosary at 7 p.m., at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church located on 705 S. Longoria St in Port Isabel, Texas. A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Cremation will follow in accordance to his wishes.
