Kenneth Lynn Bishop, 74, of South Padre Island, TX, entered into eternal peace November 11, 2016 in Seguin, TX, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born September 25, 1942, son of the late Ernest E. Bishop and Alta Mae Moore. He married his loving wife Jae Householder August 12, 2000. Ken was Safety Director throughout the United States for various oil companies. He had many prestigious certifications with Osha, Cal Osha, Osha 500, Fed Osha and others. He had a kind soul and a very loving, generous heart; he was always giving to others. He was predeceased by his sisters Edwina Fenner (Buzz), Bobbie Burditt (Allen), Mary Brown (Bill), Charlene Rigdon (Bobby), and his brothers Ernest Bishop (Beatrice), Joe Bishop and his son Kendall Bishop. He leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his wife Jae Householder, his children Skylar Bentley, Tim Smith (Joanne), Tim Bishop, Jennifer Hale, and Amanda Foreman, his grandchildren Brittany Smith, Danielle Bishop, Brianna Elliott (Dylan), and Caitlyn Foreman; in addition, many admiring nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at the Chapel by the Sea on December 3rd at 11 A.M. with a Celebration of Life immediately following.
