Andres Gonzales, 81, of Los Fresnos, Texas passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at his residence. Left to cherish Andres’s memory is his loving wife, Raquel R. Gonzales; his 7 daughters: Easter Reyna, Rosario Arriaga, Eva Serrata, Elizabeth Gonzales, Lucy Mejia, Veronica Gonzales Zavala, Lori Bedore; and 5 sons: Jaime Gonzales, Arturo Gonzales, Adan Gonzales, Andres Gonzales, Jr., and Joseph Gonzales. Also surviving him are 2 brothers: Felix Gonzales and Juan Gonzales; 3 sisters: Maria Martinez, Josefina Gonzales and Susana Gonzales; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and will continue on Friday, September 16, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. Chapel service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Thomae Garza Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Los Cuates Cemetery in Los Fresnos, Texas. Serving as pallbearers will be Arturo Gonzales, Jr., Oley Sanchez, Angel Gonzales, Adan Gonzales, Jr., Noe Serrata, Jaime Gonzales, Jr., Juan Beodore, Jr., and Jacob Gonzales.
