Ofelia B. Gonzales, 88, of La Feria, Texas, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016 in Harlingen, Texas.
Ofelia was preceded in death by her Parents: Concepcion Betancourt, Esteban Solis and Emilia Guerra; Brothers; Leoncio Solis and Jose Israel Solis. Sisters; Guadalupe De Torres and Maria Concepcion De Rico.
She is survived by her Children: Hilda Gonzales, Chachi Gonzales, Raul Gonzales Fernandez, Alicia Gonzales and Yolanda Gonzales. Brothers and Sisters; Eloisa S. Cantu, Lillia Lozano, Adelita & Santos Gomez, Dora Hurtado, Yolanda Gonzales, Roberto & Ninfa Gonzales, Maria Marcial, Araceli De Hernandez, Rogelio Bentacourt and Jose Hernandez.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday , August 13, 2016 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in La Feria with burial to follow at Solis Cemetery.
