Ruben Esteban Garcia, 56, of Los Fresnos, passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2016.
Visitation will be held Saturday, August 6, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae Garza Funeral Home.
Chapel service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at Thomae Garza Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Port Isabel City Cemetery.
