Jesus Leija Garcia, Jr, 39, of San Benito, Texas, entered the Lord's Kingdom on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. He is preceded in death by his sister Veronica Garcia. He is survived by his wife Nora Gonzalez Garcia; his daughter Veronica Garcia; four sons: Joe Gonzalez, Jesus Garcia III, Cristian Garcia, and Jeremiah Garcia; his two granddaughters, Josie and Heavenly Gonzalez; his parents, Jesus and Tomasa Leija Garcia Sr.; his two brothers, Antonio and Gilbert (Miranda) Garcia; and his four sisters: Maria Garcia, Carmen (Arturo) Garcia, Maggie (Ismael) Farias, and Laura (Adan) Flores. Visitation was held on Thursday, November 10, 2011 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm and on Friday, November 11, 2011 from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a prayer service at 7:00 pm, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 11:00 am at St. Theresa Catholic Church in San Benito. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
