Desideria Luna, 69, of Rio Hondo, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 in Harlingen, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her father, Santos Cedillo.
Desideria is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Luis R. Luna; children: Rosa (Arnulfo) Cuevas, Maria Paula (Jaime) Arredondo, Teresa (Daniel) Casanova, Jorge Luis Luna, Alfredo Luna, Gloria Kristina Luna; her mother, Seferina Ortiz; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 5, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
