Roberto Medrano, 61, of Port Isabel, Texas, passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2016 in Brownsville, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Guadalupe and Felecitas “Fela” O. Medrano; and his grandmother who raised him, Juanita Zapata.
Roberto is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Esmeralda Medrano; three sons: Roberto Medrano, Jr., Phillip (Lucy) Medrano, and Anthony Medrano; four grandchildren: Aurora Medrano, Meriel Medrano, Robert Medrano III, and Sarai I. Medrano; several brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 705 S. Longoria St. in Port Isabel, Texas.
