Alfredo Gomez, 52, born January 18, 1964 and a lifetime resident of San Benito, Texas, passed away on January 24, 2016 in Oklahoma City, OK. He was known for his love of shooting pool and had lots of good friends, Miller, Lorenzo and Rey Chavez were just three of many.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Genoveva Trevino Gomez; and father, Raul Vega Gomez.
He is survived by four sisters and two brothers: Guadalupe (Emilio) Bernal, Irma Flores, Leticia Gomez, Yolanda Van Praag, Raul Gomez, Jr., and George Gomez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
