Esperanza Rios De Garcia, 79, of Laguna Vista, passed away on December 26, 2015 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Rafael Garcia Leal; son, Roman Guadalupe Garcia, parents, Antonio and Maclovia Reynosa Rios and granddaughter Brenda Vanessa Garcia.
Mrs. Garcia is survived by her children: Martha (Armando) Martinez, Ruben (Dora Elia) Garcia, Rafael Garcia, Irma (Francisco) Villarreal, Monzerrat (Barry Car) Garcia, Janie Garcia, Magdalena (Carry) Toland, Alejandro Garcia; siblings: Santo Rios, Jesus Rios, Amalia Rios, Manuela Rios; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, December 28, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae Garza Funeral Home.
Chapel service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Thomae Garza Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Port Isabel City Cemetery.
