Krystina “Nena” Ortiz, 19, of San Benito, Texas, went to be with the Lord on September 22, 2015 at her residence. Krystina lived her life to the fullest. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten. She was so special that it was a privilege and honor to have had her in our lives and our baby will remain forever in our hearts and will continue to live in our memories. She was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Gulmaro Ortiz; maternal grandfather, Marcelino Torres and uncle, Gregorio Torres. She is survived by her loving parents, Gumaro and Tina Ortiz; one sister, Krystal Ortiz; Paternal grandmother, Elida Ortiz; Maternal grandmother, Ernestina Torres; Several uncles, aunts, special cousins, and other relatives. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae Garza Funeral Home. A chapel service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. All services will conclude after service.
