Rafaela Torres, 85, of Los Fresnos, Texas, passed away on Sunday, Arpil 19, 2015 in Harlingen, Texas.
She is survived by: her husband, Aristeo Torres; her children: Consuelo Salazar, Aristeo Torres, Jr., Ana Maria Alvarez, Elvira Salazar, Maria Ester Nerya, Maximino Torres, Juanita Saldana, Guadalupe Salazar, Trinidad Mares; 35 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Los Fresnos, Texas. Interment will follow at Los Cuates Cemetery.
