Nadine Ona Mackay, born on June 20, 1921 in Guanaja, Bay Islands, Honduras, passed away at the age of 93 on April 9, 2015 in Harlingen, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hector Mackay; her parents, Dolan and Myrtle McLaughlin; and her sister, Elma McLaughlin.
Surviving her is her son, Wavell Kirkconnell; her daughter, Colleen M. Hajrula; three sisters: Mansie McLaughlin, Mary Erine, and Janet Schubnell; her brother, Wilbur McLaughlin; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday Apirl 15, 2015 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
