Rafael C. “Polin” Martinez, 66, of Port Isabel, Texas, passed away on March 27, 2015 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas. Polin worked for over 45 years in the ranching business in the Port Isabel area. He had retired about 5 years ago and was already in poor health when he passed away from complications from a brain aneurism. Even though he had no immediate family in the area, he had made many good friends who loved him and will miss him very much. He was a good person with a jokester personality and a contagious laugh! As per his request, there will be no services held and his body will be cremated. We will miss you, Polin. May God bless you and may you rest in peace.
