San Benito- Betty Jo Garcia, 68, passed away Saturday January 13, 2007 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, TX. Betty Jo Garcia was born December 2, 1938 in Spartanburg, SC. She is survived by her loving husband Juan Garcia of San Benito, daughter; Lisa Cote -Baytown, TX, granddaughter Ella Vasquez - Baytown, TX and sister Mary Ann McClain - Eneree, SC. Visitation will be held today, Monday January 15, 2007 from 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a prayer service to be held at 7:00 P.M. Chapel Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday January 16, 2007 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. Interment will follow to San Benito City Cemetery.
