San Benito - Yosep Martinez, 17, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2006. He was a born February 2, 1989 in Matamoros, Tamps., Mexico. Yosep was a lifetime resident of San Benito, and a senior at San Benito High School. He is survived by his parents, Leticia and Jose Cruz Gonzalez, and 12 siblings, Nora Gonzalez, Liliana Gonzalez, Jose Cruz Gonzalez, Jr., Victor Gonzalez, Lizette Gonzalez, Lizvette Gonzalez, Yoari Gonzalez, Alvaro Martinez, Arturo Martinez, Xavier Omar Martinez, Yarin Martinez, and Leslie Martinez. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 19, 2006 from 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 20, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow to San Benito City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rodolfo Martinez, Oscar Martinez, Arturo Martinez, Omar Martinez, Oscar Martinez, Jr., Ezequiel Martinez.
