San Benito, Texas: Angelita Reyna, 58 was called to the lord on Saturday, November 04, 2006 after a long courageous 3 ½ years battle with cancer. Angelita lived in San Benito for the past 30 years and was a Member of Templo El Salvador Church of San Benito. She was always helping others in church and her community. She will always be remembered for her faith in the lord and the love and happiness she shared with her family. We will miss her angelic smile that she shared with everyone she met. She is preceded in death by her grandson, Jose Guadalupe Reyna, her sister, Olga Ponce. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Jose Rodolfo Reyna of San Benito; her 4 Sons, Jose (Raquel Corina) Reyna Jr. of San Benito, George (Alma Linda) Reyna of Decatur, Alabama, Sergio Alfredo (Lisa Marie) Reyna of Harlingen and Cesar Reyna of San Benito; 3 daughters, Julia (Arturo) Meza of Port Arthur, Texas, Dolores Reyna of San Benito and Marisol (Jaime) Tapia of Harlingen; 16 grandchildren, her mothers Juliana Martinez and Soledad Hernandez both of San Benito; 4 sisters, Olivia (Jose) Rivas, Angelita (Ovidio) Medrano, Orelia (Arnoldo) Fuentes, and Odelia (Roberto) Villarreal and other relatives. Visitation will begin today Monday November 06, 2006 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Services to be held at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday November 07, 2006 at Templo El Salvador Church in San Benito. Interment will follow to San Benito City Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be her 4 sons, Jose Rodolfo Reyna Jr., George Alejandro Reyna, Sergio Alfredo Reyna, Cesar Reyna, 2 sons in laws, Jaime Tapia, and Arturo Meza, and her 2 grandsons, Mark Meza and Arthur Meza Jr. Words of Comfort can be sent to the Reyna family at www.thomaegarza.com Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of Thomae-Garza Funeral Home, 395 S.
