San Benito, TX- Ramon Cavazos, 95, of San Benito, passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2010.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Luciano and Augustina Cavazos.
Ramon is survived by his loving wife, Lala Trevino Cavazos; his children, Ramiro (Eva) Cardenas, Tina (Eduardo) Resendez, Maria Elena (Lorenzo) Rodriguez, Jose (Chita) Cavazos, San Juana (Ricardo) Rodriguez and Arnold (Maricela) Cavazos; 26 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; and a great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 15, 2010 from 12 Noon to 9:00 P.M. with a Holy Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
Funeral Service will be held on Monday, August 16, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Our Lady Queen of the Universe Catholic Church. Interment will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito.
