San Benito, TX- Maria McDonald Rodriguez, 86, of San Benito, TX passed away June 17, 2010 at Veranda Rehab & Healthcare Center in Harlingen.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Eleazar Rodriguez; her parents, Blas and Severa McDonald; her brothers, Emilio Salomon, Eusebio McDonald, Gilbert McDonald and Hipolito Salomon.
Maria is survived by her nieces and nephews, Ed (Esther) McDonald, Eusebio (Hilda) McDonald, Elvira (Jesus) Perez, Dora (Manuel) Olivarez, Evelyn (Ruben) Montemayor, Lorenzo Molano and Reynaldo Molano.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 17, 2010 from 12 Noon to 9:00 P.M. with a Holy Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady Queen of the Universe Catholic Church in San Benito. Interment will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park.
